 Point-of-use (POU) gas purifiers are compact systems designed to remove gaseous impurities over a wide range of flows. Most purifiers are for flows from 100 sccm to 250 slpm, and some even purify at up to 1,000 slpm. These gas purifiers are typically installed near the final point-of-use to provide high-purity gas for a variety of applications. Most applications use hydrogen, argon, or nitrogen gas.
POU Purifiers are often installed close to the point-of-use to eliminate risk from cross-contamination or compromised piping systems. These purifiers provide low-cost insurance to protect sensitive instruments and process equipment from costly contamination.
