Johnson Matthey Gas Purification
Technology (GPT) group, a global leader in the design, manufacture

today that they have supplied a Model PSH-20 hydrogen purifier,
capable of flowing 20 Nm3/hr to BOC Lien Hwa Industrial Gases,
LTD. in Taipei, Taiwan. BOC Lien Hwa is part of the Linde Group
and has been operating in Asia for over 70 years. They are
a leading supplier of gases and related products and services
in Taiwan. The sale was secured by JM's distributor in Taiwan
Pionics Technology Corp.
The hydrogen purifier will be installed at a semiconductor
fab in China. Johnson Matthey's state-of-the-art PSH Series
bulk hydrogen purifiers are capable of providing 99.9999999
percent pure hydrogen for wafer fabrication and they are the
technology of choice for China's silicon and compound semiconductor
industry.
